The Annual Report provides a panoramic view of the activities, progress & developments made by our Vidyalaya. It is a moment to cherish, to linger, to reflect, to remember, to thank and to rededicate ourselves to the cause of education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Leh is completing 30 years of its educational service to the people of Leh. KV Sangathan   is a vibrant organization and is completing its 50 years of dedicated educational service to the nation and celebrating its GOLDEN JUBILEE Year in 2013. Starting with 20 regimental schools in 1963, the number of schools has reached to 1100 in 2013 enrolling 11, 21,012 students with 03 KVs running outside INDIA. With 56,445 employees   we shape thousands of raw stones which we send out as polished gems to face this bold new world. All of us are proud of our student’s achievements and the accolades which they receive any where at anytime.   Don’t all parents like that?

Hence, to achieve this, it is not necessary to be an institution but it is necessary to be working as a team. That is what we are. And I am proud to say that it has always been like this.

Now, to enumerate the infrastructural details, our Vidyalaya has 166.13 kanal total area, established in 1983 under Civil Sector and in fact constructed with all the necessary facilities for the students, considering the growing educational needs.
